Our account rep James out of Texas is not pleasant to work with. He is defensive and argumentive.
What is a red flag to me is, he asks me to tell my clients to be vague with his underwriter. Don't give them to much info he says. That is a sales tactic to almost misleading.
He also forcefully tries to coach me in sales. I run a business and told him I am in the middle of client project. He then wants to keep talking.
