Closed on weekends AGAIN?? I was just there on a Saturday a few weeks ago! It's difficult enough to get to this branch before they close at 5pm M-F, (when most banks close at 6pm to accommodate people who work full time till 4 or 5pm) unless you can afford to lose wages by leaving work early just to make it in time...but to not at least be open til 1pm on Saturdays?! When am I ever supposed to make it in there to do business with them, then?
It's not like they have numerous locations within miles of each other, they're spread very far apart, so their alternate location would be far away, almost across town. I loved this bank, even left Golden1 to switch to them, but they keep changing their hours & I need a bank that has flexible branch availability for the working class. I might have to start looking into Schools as an alternative, at least they're open when I need them to be.

I'm not sure if this review will make a difference or not but as a customer at this bank I feel this needs to be said. For context my sister and I are both members of this bank (I am white, my sister is black) , we transferred from the Elk Grove branch which going in we never had an issue, this bank has been a very different experience. I'm going to condense this story but essentially what I'm trying to explain is that this branch is extremely unwelcoming and racist to non-white individuals. My sister came in to withdraw some money from HER account, which is a perfectly normal thing to do and is well within her rights as a member of any bank, when she went in she was heavily questioned and intimidated by the staff member helping her and when seeking help with the situation she was gaslit and made to feel like she was in the wrong for just trying to withdraw her own funds! Now to solidify that this was not just a coincidence I went in (again for context we are around the same age so this shouldn't have made a difference) I was greeted, not questioned and in and out in about five mins, with no issues. I feel this needed to be reported in some way and also to let people who might face the same issue here consider banking somewhere else. Shame on them.

I have normally like patelco credit Union but recently they made a huge error at this branch. It’s costing me tons of hours of time and money to straighten out the problem because one of their people at their branch was not current on the correct information. I will be taking this all the way to the top with my complaints but it’s very important that you double check every single thing they tell you and every single thing they do because They really don’t care what it takes to correct the mistakes and how much it cost you. Beware

I was welcomed with smile and a very friendly attitude. The staff was so helpful and answered all my questions. First time there and I am very happy I opened an account.

I absolutely love Patelco Credit Union! This branch has some of the most knowledgeable, helpful, and kind people I’ve met at a bank. I feel very comfortable talking about my finances with them. If you decide to go credit union, this should be your choice!

It makes me feel so dang old to say, "I remember when... blah", but I remember when this bank was so much better than others because it is smaller and the tellers had been there for years and knew the system and their jobs in and out. But now...
High employee turn-over, so there are no well-trained tellers and they often only have one station open with a new employee manning it while there are three or more other employees at their desks NOT helping customers.
Also, I don't get the buzzer, they aren't even that popular of a bank. None of the other, nationwide or well-known local, banks in this area(even in the same parking lot) have this hoop to jump through.
