I highly recommend to avoid this bank. Is the worst experience with a bank in my life. My account was blocked many times just because the bank thought someone else is using my card. I lost a lot of time speaking with the support to unlock it. And I tried to make a transfer and they said everything is fine the money will arrive in 3-5 day and. But this thing didn’t happened cuz the money were on pending and after returned back in my account-40$ fee. A fee for nothing. The crew from Dells is fine they are helpful but the problem is not about them is about the BMO.

Whenever I am with my mother they have a hard time doing what she asks of them. I’m not one for negativity; however, they never send her her receipts for bank transactions. Like it’s a bank why would you not give someone proof of their transaction? They also don’t pick up the phone.

The ATM is broken 90% of the time which is not convenient or it is said to be full leaving u only two days to make deposit via the ATM

Apparently you need an appointment to open an account you need an appointment. Not only that, but it would take 2 hours to open a bank account. Not quite handy

Declined my application to open an account! I guess they do not want business that bad. I will not recommend them to any family or friends. Would not give them any stars if I had the choice.

No way to get a hold of anyone at this branch, no email listing. Called several times, my call gets shipped overseas everything. The overseas person can't even get a hold of the local branch, to ask them to call me. The only way to talk to anyone here is to drive there, and I'm 1 1/2 hours away.

Not a bank for personal service,. If you are not a business you are not important enough for them to give you their time. Go to a credit union!
