What kind of a place can loan out thousands upon thousands of dollars, but is unable to accept loan payments online?
I was told AFTER getting a loan for my car that I have 3 options. Pay by mailing a check (I haven't had a checkbook in 20 years), pay by automatic payments on a specific date each month (I don't do that because I always overpay and the amount I overpay by varies), or I can pay in person ...which I have been doing but it's an hour drive each way. After telling the clerk that I'm just going to have my bank refinance the loan, all they said was ok. Clearly this credit union doesn't care about keeping customers.

I would give more stars if I could. My husband and I just opened a joint savings and checking account plus got our debit transfered with less then a third of the intrest we use to have. Holly was great. She answered all our questions and responded very fast to my e-mails. So glad we decided to bank through them.

Heather, Loan Officer, is an absolute GOD sent Angel. I have had the pleasure of working with her for 3 years so far and I do not know where I would be as a Mom of 4 with no family if it was not for her help, guidance, and compassion. Heather, you have so much patience, are great at your job, you make sure everything is clearly explained and understood, and you are quick at getting back to customers and handling concerns or processing whatever their interests are. I will never get another loan from this credit union. The loan is on a credit card, which involves a third party. Make sure you keep all conformations, because if you have to deal with Ida in the loan department your in for a real treat. Right off the top she was rude to me. I had to ask her if I had done anything to her to upset her? She said,” no”but her demeanor had not changed. To make a long story short the conversation ended with her yelling at me, saying I don’t pay my loan on time ( I was confused since this was not true) she played on words when I didn’t use the right terminology, and her last statement to me was “ I’m hanging up now.”
I would understand if this were a one time situation. The first experience was not as bad as the my last, but you will get attitude and made to be uncomfortable from this loan officer as soon as you ask a question.
Terrible customer service
I did speak to the bank manager, she was helpful and answered all my questions Ida would not.
