This credit union and the customer service has really gone down hill the past few years. Pretty sad. I remember years ago, I'd walk into a branch. They somehow knew and welcomed me by name. They were so friendly and actually talked to you. Now it's like slightly irritated robots.

What a phenomenal WSECU branch. Now, I get that WSECU, as an organization, expects good customer service be rendered and all that. But this branch excels and I give all the credit to fantastic leadership. Kathy and her team are top-notch. If I walk in on any given day, I know that Leslie or Jody or Jessie (anyone really) will be there to greet me with a smile and be helpful. And my homie Kellan! He's been a blessing in my life and in my family's life. Yes, I have been able to text Kellan and he'll come in the next day and immediately start working on something on my behalf, like loan paperwork. WSECU in Olympia may not know who I am but they sure do here and without going into details, Kellan has been able to bridge that gap a few times. But enough about my bromance with Kellan :)...
This is a great banking experience. And it's because of the great people.

Although this is the only bank I've had an account with, I've always been satisfied with the service, and never had a problem with them. Staff is often friendly and quickly available to assist clients.

We use the ATM here through the coop network. The bank is always awesome about letting us get change. The employees are super friendly and kind.

Their interest rates are competitive, but if I would have known ahead of time I’d have to wait 30+ minutes to speak with someone on the phone EVERYTIME!!! I would have taken my business elsewhere. Bummer:/
