Recently I try to get into my account and my card was expired when I called customer service they were no help at all and kept going through loops with my card then when I finally was able to recover my account due to the fact that they had some issues with their debit card which they failed to let me know ahead Nor have I gotten a letter from them which should’ve been told months ago and when I finally tried to reactivate my card from their customer service I tried putting in my phone number and all they have is my old one which I gave them my new one last year and now I cannot access my card and the money I need until after the holidays this is unacceptable that they have failed to let me know ahead of time and would not provide the information I needed to know and I as it is I feel that I will be withdrawing every cent of my money in that account and I will Take my business elsewhere if they will not provide or keep any of the information that I have provided for them I suggest people do the same before this happen to you

FYI: The correct address for WaFd Bank Pullman, WA
405 E Main St, not the 236 E Main St that was a temporary address.
There is customer parking for the bank under the evolve building on Pine Street in the garage parking on the right hand side of the street which most people don’t know about.
This location doesn’t have a drive up window, however, it has ATM on Main Street to the left of the front doors to the bank.

Great place to bank, manager and staff are extremely knowledgeable , friendly and helpful.
It’s really nice to work with people who are long term employees and it is always a good thing I think in a bank when staff turn over is low .
Washington Federal has always been a good to deal with and straight forward.
The location is easy to access as it is on main st in downtown Pullman with plenty of parking, on a bus route and near the bike trail

Great team at this bank! The lady at the front was sweet and greeted is as soon as we walked in and even the manager himself helped us! Made us feel like what we needed mattered and resolved it for us quickly!
