Anne and her team were great. They walked me through the process step by step. They made sure I felt comfortable with any paperwork that we filled out. Any questions I had were answered quickly or I got a call back quickly. My only thing I didn't like was there were lack of communication at times and I would call after a few days of hearing nothing. But I was understanding because Frontier Title was horrid and supposed to communicate most of the stuff to me but didn't. But I would have appreciated Guild calling to make sure I knew after the 1st time this happened. But again not there fault. On the other hand when I would call to check on the status Guild always went above and beyond to make sure I was fully up to date. Since I did not like working with Frontier Title they would call them and then call me. But other than that Guild was amazing and I will work with them again in the future and also refer anyone I know to them as well. Especially to work with Anne.
