Honestly this bank doesn't even deserve 1 star. They are the absolute worst. If you bank with them, I recommend you leave. If you're looking for a bank steer very far from this one. I wrote a check for $120 and this bank then cashed it for the business I wrote it for for $1,120. Yes, an extra $1000! The business I wrote the check to was there immediately to dispute it and was told "Sorry, we couldn't read the check due to the pen used." Which was absolutely a lie as I've been using this same pen for years to write checks with NO issues. They then told the business that "I will have to wait 3-4 days for MY funds to be returned while they do an investigation". So they stole my money AND held it hostage. I went into the bank and demanded they return my money where I was met with another excuse of "this is an issue with our third party vendor that handles our checks, not us". Let me remind you, this is now 2 lies on why the check was cashed for $1000 over what it was written for. To top all this off, they covered it all up. The business had ~$1500 in cash deposits the same day they deposited the checks. But when looking back over the deposit slips, the bank only deposited $500 in cash a moved the extra $1000 (stolen from me) to the check deposits to cover the difference and make the books balance out. So as I said, DO NOT BANK WITH OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK. This bank should be shut down.

I don't bank here, but my boyfriend does. He has had so much trouble with his account it's unreal! I finally talked him in to moving his acct to another bank (thank God!) Also, please catch up with the times and get a updated ATM! You literally have to get out of your vehicle to use ATM, because it's so low to the ground and you can't even do deposits thru ATM! It's 2022! I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone!

They have an employee by the name of Brianne Jamison. If this is a good bank then my suggestion would be to get rid of her before she ruins your customer base! She does nothing but harrass people along with her mother and make false accusations about people in order to try and ruin their lives. She does this while on the clock and actively working. I would not want an employee who is going to be like that representing my business.
