I have been with them for awhile and I decided to apply for a credit card. The application was denied but instead of treating me like a member and explaining what was needed to obtain the credit card I was simply told sorry we can't approve you at the moment. I expected better customer service from them. At least to explain this is what needs to happen to be eligible for a credit card. Nothing no customer service whatsoever. Will be switching banks very soon. I didn't feel like a member at all. They treated me as if I was an outsider trying to get something. I no longer want to be associated with a credit union like that!

I have been banking with DCCU for over 10 years and have nothing but good to say. They have always been helpful over the phone and at any location I have been to. Recently I took a trip overseas and was glad to hear that there were no foreign transaction charges, and that the non-DCCU ATM fees were also refunded for foreign ATM's. That made my trip run very smooth and also saved me money. All I had to do was call and tell them what countries I was going to and I was all set. Didn't have to do any currency exchange at all.

DCCU is the absolute best bank ever! I have never had a more attentive and customer oriented bank in all my 65 years. If I have a problem they go the extra mile to help fix me it. Their online presence is excellent. The web site is easy to navigate. I love that I can keep track of all transactions in real time. I have never used another bank as efficient as DCCU. I am a member for life.
