One star isn’t even deserved. Making your employees stay and saying “we will wait and see” when there’s really bad weather with several emergency alerts, warnings, all the news is telling people to take shelter/find their safe space… seems a little off to me. You would think your employee’s safety would matter more than staying open. I am completely blown away that any company (and I’m well aware this isn’t the only one) doesn’t care enough about their staff.
No wonder this company and specifically this location has a bad rating.

Mrs. Cheryl Martinez ( Manager) and Wayne( assistant)were exceptional in explaining and assisting me with my loan . Great experience through out the entire process. I highly recommend Round Rock Regional Finance to anyone. They're professional and courteous, which is refreshing considering individuals attitudes in today's society.

Do not go to them! They'll tell you you got approved and waste your time and when they're supposed to give you a call to finish up the paperwork and they never called you back. That's totally disappointing and when they finally call back later in the afternoon and tell you "We apologized but we can't move forward and will have to deny you." I told them I wish you would informed me yesterday instead of wasting my time. I could have got help from another place. Their poor excuse was they're too busy. That's freaking no excuse. That's not a good way to start a business. I mean, how are you guys even open for business? If I didn't give you guys a call, you guys wouldn't even give me a call. Useless business you guys are running there! Especially, with poor customer services with very poor attitude. If you don't like the job then work somewhere else. If your having a bad day don't take it out on your customers!

For the past 4 to 6 months this place has called me to submit the monthly payment because their "autodraft" isn't working properly. When I talked to the manager Sabrina, she was rude and hung up on me because she didn't like my tone. I had to call them from my hospital bed, in ICU after having a stroke and she was upset with me?! Really!! I am sick and tired of this place and will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

I DONT EVEN THINK THEY DESERVE A STAR, MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR CONTRACT CAUSE THEY WILL ADD INSURANCE WITH OUT TELLING YOU AND WHEN YOU WANT IT REMOVED THEY WILL SAY OK BUT YOUR PAYMENTS WILL NOT CHANGE YOU WILL JUST GET MONEY BACK WHEN THE LOAN IS PAID OFF. SO PLEASE PLEASE CHECK YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING.
