Absolutely terrible customer service. Rude on the phone, treats clients like garbage. Avoid dealing with this branch, as whoever is the supervisor there doesn’t monitor employees and their performance. Referencing a woman I believe who’s name was Nina, absolutely rude and I’m disgusted with her attitude she had when I just asked if my $4,000 payment went through. Nina if you read this, you really should consider doing a job not in customer service, especially dealing with high amounts of cash. Thank you.

Mariner was the only place that would help me with a loan with my not so great credit , and also helped refinance it, Brooke was so great in helping me and very polite and demonstrated a very good customer service!

This "business" doesn't even deserve the one star that I gave. What business sets up a call back time, only to place you in the que with everyone else, then send you to voice-mail after 40 minutes holding?? I work in customer service, when i set up a call back time and day, I call them and talk to them. They don't wait, which is the whole purpose of setting up the call back. I called two different numbers several times and never reached ANYBODY. Today was the last straw. Twenty minutes into the hold, I was caller number two (down from 9), but the call was NEVER picked up! I got the dreaded voice mail message! As I type his review, I am at 30 minutes holding, and i don't expect a human to actually answer this call; great job Mariner Finance at delivering exceptionally horrible customer service. I don't need your money THAT bad. You guys are a waste of time.

took out a loan with Mariner Finance in July. When entering my bank account number on their app I transposed 2 numbers. That caused my payment to be returned. I was not aware of this until I received a letter on Saturday. On Monday, I made contact to rectify the situation, but was told I would no longer be able to pay from my bank account due to the returned payment. I was told that I would have to use a debit card. However, my bank uses Discover for debit cards and they do not accept Discover. While the mistake was 100% my fault, they are unwilling to give any grace. They will not accept a payment from my bank account or my debit card. The issue was never a lack of funds. It was human error on my part. I was promised a call back from a GM as the branch manager was unwilling to accept my payment or help me. That call has yet to be received.

Was very fast ,simple process. I called ,was approved , informed of what documents were required. I could have finished it from my computer. but was close. So I chose to go to their Round Rock branch. in and out in about 30 minutes. competitive rates ,professional service.
