Although my time was short as I paid my loan off early my experience with Linn- Co was absolutely amazing I loved the service I got, I can't express enough how happy I was with them, every person I dealt with treated me with the up most respect I never felt like I got the run around or anything like that when I called to ask questions. I will definitely be doing business with you guys again. Thanks for being the best lender I have ever dealt with

So..I was so happy with my experience there. Very nice people. I paid off my loan early and thought i would like to do some additional business with them... until the following month when they started charging me a $5 service charge on my $25.00 savings account. VERY DISAPPOINTED and have to have a written note to close the account. The home loan will go to some one else as soon as i can get around after knee surgery.
They made it right by waiving the fee but I closed the account. You must have other accounts to avoid the fee

I cannot log in. It keeps sending me a code then saying there's trouble on their end. I need a 10 day payoff . Now it's saying my email address is invalid.
I am sure happy I am leaving this junk of a bank with horrible customer service. Who leaves a person on hold for 20 minutes without music?
I called them, they told me there's an issue with their site, but they'll be happy to take my payment with a $25 fee. So they are incompetent and thieves. I asked for a manager they hung up on me. I spoke to Michelle. Stay away from her.

They are incompetent at best. I have two auto loans through them. Their on line payment system never works for some reason. They will charge a 25 dollar fee for a phone payment when their online system is broken. Then when you make a payment over the phone for both vehicles they will apply both payments to one vehicle only. I understand this was a mistake and mistakes happen, but when I spoke to them to get it straightened out and was confident they had done so, I was wrong. The accounts still reflect the error which now makes it look like I didn't make a payment for two months. Never again. With these people.
