I have been banking here for over 10 years and have a substantial amount of money in 2 accounts. Having said that, whenever I bring in rolled change to deposit into my account I'm treated as if I'm trying to cheat the bank. My rolls are overly scrutinized and they make you feel small.
Attention Dollar Bank: The next time I come into the Avon branch with rolled change to deposit into my account YOU BETTER ADDRESS ME POLITELY, ACCEPT MY DEPOSIT AND THANK ME FOR BUSINESS. IF YOU DON'T FIX YOUR ATTITUDE PROBLEM I WILL WITHDRAWAL EVERY PENNY OUT OF YOUR BANK AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I did it with US Bank 10 years ago and I can do it with you. I'll expect to see a reply to this message thanking me for my continued business with Dollar Bank and also include an apology for the way I have been treated in the past. By the way, the teller in question who creates all the drama is a middle aged woman with an accent. FIX THE PROBLEM OR I'LL TAKE MY MONEY OUT OF YOUR BANK.

I love this branch! The people are always friendly and helpful and if you have any questions, they're more then willing to help you out! I go out of my way to go here because of the they treat you! Good job guys!

The atmosphere has completely changed in this branch. My anxiety levels skyrocket when I have to visit. I understand that this may be personal issue, but at the same time, I no longer feel valued nor important as a customer. I would address this with the branch manager, if I didn't feel like my intelligence was being challenge every time he spoke to me. I find myself avoiding this branch that's closest to me in favor of the Elyria branch and sometimes Westlake. It may be time to change banks altogether.

Drive through took way too long with only 2 people in front of me. I left they were still sitting there so I left. This place is slow!
