Got scammed out of over $30,000 through this bank and they wanted nothing to do with it. No one wanted to help me get my funds back. Called every number I could find talked to all kinds of management and they all said “we did what we could” which was literally nothing. They wanted me to do all the work to find out how they could get my funds back. I gave them phone numbers of people that were potentially able to help, but when they called they claimed they sat on hold for too long and they aren’t able to waste time on hold. Isn’t that your job? Apparently they don’t care about their customers enough to sit on hold and help them get their life savings back. Would never recommend this bank to anyone ever. They want your money but they don’t care about you as a customer. If you get scammed they will just tell you your SOL. Great service. Like any big business, screw the little guy to line their own pockets. They have plenty of ways to get my money back in my pockets but they are too lazy to do it. Disgusting.

It isn't easy to spot. I have lived here eight years and never noticed it. I am going to say it is a humble little place. :)

Premier Bank is one bank that doesn't seem to care about its customers. The teller are very nice but the upper management forget it. What happened to a family member twice, within a week or so, and how he was treated reflect poorly on them. Money was taken out of his account without his knowledge or authorization and sent to another bank. They never contacted him to make sure this was legitimate. The second time was a wire transfer that they did not call the company, that was to receive the money, to make sure all the information was correct. Although everything looked correct it ended being his information was stolen and was a fraud. Premier Bank called the wire transfer back, but nothing happened and they never followed up with us. Their lack of commutation during the process was extremely unprofessional and unexcitable. They claimed that they were in contact with the other bank, but no action was ever taken. He basically had to hold Premier hand constantly trying to get them to follow up with the other bank. But Premier gave him the run around and would come up with every excuse as to why they couldn't call, or they couldn't get in contact with anyone at the other bank. Premier told him that they don't have time to sit on hold to solve this problem. This is terrible customer service and shows they don't care about taking care of their customers.
