Adele was extremely rude. I would give this review no stars if I could. She refused to wait on me after I waited at the drive up window all because I rang the bell to be waited on while she was helping another customer. She then lied telling me she was the only one working and then called for another employee to assist me at the window. Thank goodness the other employee was decent.

Overall I like citizens bank. Never really had any MAJOR issues with them so far. My only wish is that they would optimize the mobile app and make it feel a little more up to date/modernized. Nearly everyone pays bills and makes transactions online these days so you would think they would start putting more effort into the online/mobile side of things.

Checked for opening times of drive thru on computer Mon thru Sat 8:30 am Sign on drive thru window says opening at 8:30 am NOT TRUE!! Not open until 9:00 am. Please correct this. My time is important too.

Seems like a great bank to me. All of the customers and the bank employees seem very friendly; almost too friendly. Anyway, compared other banks around the area, this one is a home run. When I asked to cancel overdraft charges, they actually cancelled overdraft charges (crazy right!?), and when I make a withdrawal, the bank tellers don't give me an attitude (wow, also insane!). These are huge wins compared to my other experiences in the area. The only problem I have is that the Bank ATM seldomly works, which should only ever be an issue on the weekends for most people.
