Okay, so I was assured by the woman who set up my account that I would have overdraft protection on my account. A few months after I set up my account my paycheck was returned for not being clear enough, and my account was overdrawn. I complained at the front desk and was greeted by a woman who looked like she had no clue what she was doing behind a desk. Then a manager came out, and she was very rude. She basically told me that I not only did I not have overdraft protection, but I had to apply for and be approved for their line of credit to even receive overdraft protection. I informed her that I was assured when I set up the account that I would not be allowed to overdraw the account, and she just brushed me off. I have already lost $70 in overdraft fees because I was misinformed by this bank, and they did nothing to rectify the situation. I was looked at with discgust and my nose was assaulted by a putrid smelling perfume that the manager must have bathed in. I will be closing my account as soon as possible. This bank is absolutely atrocious. I’m going back to Bank of America at least my money will be safe from overdraft fees

Update: finally got my money back that they lost, still closed my account though and never going back, got charged with hidden maintenance fees they claimed I wouldn't have.
