Top notch bank! Philip Moore AND Shana Kidd worked with me over 3 1/2 hours to assist me with bank fraud from another bank. I can't say enough good about them for reducing related stress. The fraud is still active. Everyone should lock their Transunion, Equifax and Experian credit agencies!!!

I've had nothing but horrible experiences with this bank. Years ago, before I closed all of my accounts, I had issues with being wrongly overdrafted after I had made an on-time payment, and other such technical issues. I closed my accounts for quite a while and opted for a different bank. I made the mistake of coming back to 5/3 for my mortgage, because I had an acquaintance who was working as a mortgage lending specialist. Fast forward to last month, when I applied for home equity. I did all of my homework and acquired all the documents and appraisals necessary, and was approved for an amount. Several weeks went by, and every time I checked on the status of my loan, I was told that one of the documents was still being reviewed. I checked back at least 4 more times over the course of the next month only to be told the same thing. It was 5 weeks after my initial approval that I received a call from my loan agent, apologizing profusely and letting me know that my loan application had timed out because things hadn't been sent to the right people or followed up on. How unprofessional for a large banking corporation to drop the ball like this! So in order to finalize things, my agent asked if she could resubmit the application and expedite it. I said yes, as long as it doesn't affect my credit score. I was assured that it wouldn't. Well, 30 minutes later, I receive an email from Transunion notifying me of a change to my credit score, thanks to the inquiry that 5/3 submitted for a second time. This was upsetting, but the real icing on the cake was yet to come. When my loan agent confirmed my approval (for the second time), the approval amount was $5000 less than my original approved line of equity, because of the change to my credit score. I have been told there is nothing the bank can do to deliver on the original terms of the equity, even though it is entirely their fault that these terms are not being honored. Needless to say, I'm shocked by the lack of professionalism and horrible follow-through of this corporation. As a customer of 5/3, it's clear than I am truly nothing more than a number. I will be transferring my mortgage and equity to another bank as soon as possible and closing all accounts for the final time.

I have had Nothing but Steller service at this Branch of Fifth Third bank....been a customer for over 15 years....Mortgage, Saving and checking. There have been a lot of changes during this time...but if i had any kind of issue the employees here went above and beyond to help me resolve what ever was going on......there is always a friendly greeting....the personnel has changed quite a bit....but the Institution has changed only to keep up with modern banking policies....AND it's still FifthThird Bank...i can't think of many other banks in our area that have not changed hands and names at least once....I'm so sorry this lady has such dislike for this Branch....
