I'm newer to LMCU, but have found their services and systems on par with other credit unions and banks. However, I do rank their customer service higher in general. This branch specifically is top notch! I had a really tricky situation with some of my accounts this week and they were kind and solution-oriented. Love LMCU.

Terrible! Our realtor recommended LMCU to us for our new mortgage and it was the worst decision of our whole process! I reached out about a loan and did not receive a single response for 3 business days! My husband reaches out and gets a response within 3hrs. Then even though I primarily handle our finances, have more experience and better credit they insist on listing my husband as the primary and not me. I was told it wouldn’t matter and we’d both have equal access to the information and Account, this is not true. I have never felt more discriminated against for being an independent woman. I would never recommend this place!

Overall, a good local credit union with a lot of useful financial tools, such as mobile banking (app), 3% interest checking, and low fees (when compared to a national bank). My only issue is the ATMs, which require an envelope to deposit cash. Staff has been easy to work with and are helpful.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had hands down. This Credit Union doesn't care about anything but making their profit. I've been a member for over a year and it's been the most stressful account I've ever had. There are plenty of other places to take your business and I highly recommend going ANYWHERE else. The holland staff is the only reason I've held on this long, corporate is trash.

The 8th St., Holland branch is the best. They are so nice and polite. I used to come through the drive through with my dog in our old convertible and when they heard that he had passed, they gave me a coffee cup with his picture on it as well as a card signed by everyone inside, it made me cry. I was so touched. I am a customer for life, they are a top-notch Credit Union. My whole family uses them for our home loans, and will not hesitate to use them in the future.
