Overall branch experience is great, but this is the 4th time I have had my debit card shut off by loss prevention department over less than a dollar behind on a loan. Only this last time was different, missed a month while on disability, and they know this because the insurance company has been making the payments for me. Fixed income, disabled and usually less than a dollar behind, and they lock the accounts out. Loss prevention department is an absolute joke. Edit to add the fact that we called and talked to them on Friday, and nothing was ever said, now here it is Monday and we are having this problem. They had the opportunity to talk and didn’t.

I was in contact with PFCU lenders at the home branch before I went to pick up my new car last week. I was going to pick the check up in Durand. My husband went in place of me and I'm not sure who he dealt with (he didn't get a name), Tuesday Dec 29, he was there at roughly 4:40pm to ensure we got the check before the bank closed and he was there until 5:20 only because of delays in documentation but the lady at the Durand location assured that it would be handled and they'd stay after hours to make sure it was. She did just that. She went above & beyond! Completely exceeded our expectations. Not many place will stay after hours for a customer. Thank you! Once again, PFCU proved why they are my preferred lender

Never a problem taking care of business at PFCU. I have 3 locations near me so where ever I go locally I can take care quickly and easily!!!!!

I liked PFCU so much when it was Sagelink that I moved to the area just so I could become a member!!!
The staff is always pleasant and they make an effort to get to know their union members so they can actually help them! I'm always greeted by name and I always feel important, understood and validated.
Colin helped me with my loan needs through phone and email because he knows I don't have time to go to the bank often.

I will be a life long member at this CU! Even after moving 5 hrs away, managing my account virtually is easy with PFCU’s mobile app and online capabilities. If I ever need help with my account, I know I can count on the call center and Meghan at the Durand branch to go above and beyond for me.

I have been a long time member with PFCU and I am very unhappy with the way I have been treated by the staff. The last interaction I had with this credit union was horrible and the staff was outright rude. The drive up teller couldn’t take care of my request so asked me to go inside. Which was reasonable so I did. When I get inside I had to wait 30 minutes in line while they had 3 employees standing around and 2 tellers open. When I finally got yo the teller she refused to help me even though I said I was just told to come in and they would. Needless yo say I will be closing my accounts and moving to a new more professional credit union

Welcoming, friendly, attentive and great customer service from the minute we walked in the door! We honestly felt like the most important people there. They walked us through setting up an account online so we didn't have to wait (all the specialists had appointments and we didn't know we needed one). The follow ups and quick responses to questions are amazing! I am very happy we switched to our local Credit Union!
