Wish I could give 0 stars. Nothing but problems since I joined won’t let me pay of my credit card for the SECOND TIME I kept asking over and over well this is going to make my credit drop like it did last time and I had to dispute it because I had no control over how the app will not let me pay off my credit card all of a sudden. She kept telling me that I will be okay and it’s not going to hurt my credit when I told you I do not want it dropping yet again. Well Guess what happened. Still won’t let me pay it off and it still dropped my credit. Will definitely be switching banks by Monday

My 15 year old participates in FFA at Durand schools. Went to cash a check she earned at pig auctions. The check is a Fifth Third check and this branch will not honor. Teller was rude and supervisor came out to say she would try to honor it but to giver her a few minutes. Once she left the lobby we were left with the rude teller that basically kept telling us they could not honor their own check. What a joke a bank that will not honor their own customers check. They said they only way they could cash the check was if I opened an account with them. After the way we were treated I will never open an account with them.

Best banking experience I've had. The staff are so nice and helpful. They go above and beyond what I need. 53 customer support is also the best. I've had to call to dispute a charge and the process was easy. I am so happy I moved my accounts over.

This is a terrible bank. What bank tells a business manager that you must drop all of your business deposits in the night deposit and not bring them in to the teller? Like we are putting the tellers out when the machine does the counting. Lazyness!!! Also they need to fix the night deposit door! It's to hard to lift up an get your deposit in.

Great customer service!!! Renee Jensen took time being sure we understood everything, even the online app. Being older adults we appreciated her patience and knowledge. Best banking experience we have had in years.
