Honor credit union has been absolutely wonderful. My car was totalled and had to deal with nothing but nightmares from my insurance company. Andrew helped make the entire process of paying off my old loan, taking a new one, and working with me on the gap policy and the issues of insurance payment timing so smooth and I never had to worry. He had my back through the entire process and was very communicative. I cannot recommend Honor highly enough, and if you are looking for a new bank to use or to refinance anything don't look any further. Use Honor because you will not regret it!

We generally bank with a different credit union, but Honor had the best mortgage rate so we decided to give them a try. Should have stayed with our current credit union.
EIGHT DAYS before we're supposed to drive 9 hours away and close on our new home, we're being told that Honor is not able to do the loan. We are left high and dry, we'll be in a hotel at least a week while a different lender completes what Honor can't, and Honor says giving an appraisal release (because we paid for it) is all they're accountable for.
I understand that we didn't book and end up paying closing costs to Honor, but please don't patronize us by acting like you didn't just waste WEEKS of our time and put our whole home buying contract in jeopardy by pulling funding this close to close.
We will not be recommending Honor to anyone.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business with the bank or there insurance company they don’t care about they company they only want your money. Their not out to help anyone but themselves I have many time try for a loan from them I even deposit over 45,000 in that bank and they still won’t help me I tried to get a auto loan was denied went to a different bank was approved at the other bank with no problem , tried for a person loan to get thing off my credit report was denied but they’ll take my money . If a bank or credit union is about helping people they help I had had a secure credit card with them for over a year I use to pay my bills I pay it on time everytime .people especially the time like right having problem keeping up with bills with the price of things going up people that work here are nice but the credit union it self isn’t good starting to think it was a mistake doing business here

In 10 years at honor, I have not had one small inconvenience. The call center is extremely helpful, and plenty of team members have made banking with honor a great experience! Looking forward to many more years. Thank you guys!

I finance a vehicle through them and due to incompetence and incorrect credit reporting destroyed my credit score i worked 3 years to build 10/10 dont recommend this bank. Edit: they reached out told me itll take a month to report on my credit.. update they dont keep up on their system they dont report correctly so if you want a messed up credit score false reports and get stuck with them this is the place for you

We were recently put in a position where we had to move from our rental and decided to purchase our first home rather than rent another…I immediately contacted Lisa Wyatt as I was familiar with her in the past. She was the branch manager in Paw Paw and helped me refinance my vehicle loan in addition to consolidating some credit card debt. She went above and beyond with that so when I heard she was working with mortgages I knew I would want to work with her again. Let me tell you…if there is anyone who works harder for a client it’s her. She made the process seamless. She always stayed on top of the application process and talked us through it all. She is very personable too so it doesn’t feel like a business deal. Lisa has a way of making you feel like you are apart of her family. I highly recommend Honor Credit Union for all your mortgage loan needs. Everyone I have spoke to in regards to our process has been amazing. We closed on our home yesterday and we started this process on July 11th. Thank you Lisa and everyone at Honor for helping us secure our future.

The staff was awesome. They walked me through how I kept taking my account into overdraft and how to fix it so it won't happen again. And some free coffee in the lobby. Just can't beat that.
