The reason I didn’t give it one star because of the lady at the end that explained everything to why they couldn’t move forward with the loan.
Just wanted yo clarify what had happened that had caused me to write this review:
When I got the pre-approval for a secure loan, I was asked to upload some documents.
When I was uploading the documents, I called this branch to make sure I was uploading the documents. The first person I talked to said that I had to upload my paid stub from my current job but also unemployment that I received earlier this year.
Once I submitted the documents (including my car information and insurance), I got a call the next day where the agent told me I was more approved since I uploaded the unemployment earlier this year, which apparently I was not supposed to add the document in the first place. She told me to apply again in 30 days (which doesn’t make sense since I would get declined again for the same reason).
It’s crazy how miscommunication (as in getting two different answers for one problem) occurred when calling this location and also they don’t state this on the application as well. It also sucks that even though my application got denied, they now still will have my sensitive documents that I originally uploaded.

Tiffany Chambers was SUPERB! Her customer service was wonderful. She recognized that my application was stalled at another branch and she quickly took it upon herself to complete the process of honoring my request for a new loan. My family and I are truly grateful for her professionalism, friendliness and for going above and beyond making a last minute appointment so that the loan could be finalized.

April at this location has a BAD attitude and absolutely NO customer service. She called me after I requested a call to discuss my account. The way she spoke to me as if I was a child she was reprimanding was absolutely disgusting and made me feel uncomfortable with her having access to my account. I couldn't even get a word in because she went on a long, unnecessarily rude rant. I'm waiting on their "executive customer service" to respond so that my concern can hopefully be heard by someone that can get her some people skills and training. Ick.

Carmen was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. She walked me through every step and even help to turn unfavorable decision around. I appreciated her involvement, particularly, returning my call and answering my questions.

I like how fast I was approved for a large amount and how fast the money was in my account. The only thing I don't like is how high my APR is and how much I have to pay monthly. I'll try to fix that by paying the loan off early.
