Starla is awesome! We just moved and Starla helped get my billing address changed. She was extremely personable and so nice.
Right after that, we went to Crane planning to set up a joint account with a credit union. The woman we spoke to at Crane was condescending and unhelpful when it came to an up to date address (literally just moved).
After no help from Crane, we went back and spoke to Starla at First and she showed us what would work and we were able to set up a joint First Provider Plus account in no time.

**** Updated. While the review is very true of my experience, I increased my rating to 3* because the branch manager reached out to me, explaining the situation being the first of the month, and told me they are opening lobby’s on Monday which will tremendously help. I thought the personal contact was first class!
Drive thru wait was insane. VERY, VERY poor traffic flow in this design! Then you are trapped in a sea of vehicles with only one way out and not one employee is in a rush to get you through! Wait time today was over 45 minutes!

Worst customer service experience I have ever experienced, lack of knowledge. The customer service representatives have lied to me and I was transferred to the wrong departments. I recommend not banking with first financial. Call center has lack of experience and is horrible.

Great group of Professional Women, Always has been ! The New Branch building and design itself , not so much ! Always has been A genuine awesome group , thru all the years , We have done business with them !

I’m happy they finally got their new Branch , but honestly I do not care for it! Too small , too tight and That drive thru ….very tight! The exit to the north is ridiculous how the lane is setup , drainage , I get it, but seriously,
I can just imagine how the even older customers besides myself , are managing in and out of this Corner location !
I’m not impressed with the design at all !

Shoutout to Starla with the great help. Debit card got blocked because of some fraud. Went in and was done In 10 mins with a brand new card. She streamlined the process and help me update some info. Extremely nice woman and grateful for her help. Very friendly to chat with while we waited on the new card to print.

Drive-through was horrible they don't go in any order it took 4min from the time I sent my stuff to them b4 anyone even got on to talk and 2 other vehicles that showed up after me came and went b4 I had a check cashed. I asked for small bills and got 20s and 10s it was a $70 union check. But I gave 2 stars because the lobby has always been good
