I am not a member of this credit union. However, they are a Co-op Shared Branch with two other credit unions of which I am a member. Basically, these credit unions are in partnership with each other. This means I can utilize Arsenal Credit Union as my personal bank to retrieve & deposit funds from any of my other shared credit union accounts. At the ATM, I can use any debit or credit card from any of the other shared institutions (subject to limitations) & incur no usage fees. Absolutely the most convenient banking experience ever. Whenever I have to go inside, their service is always exemplary.

I like that I can deposit into the ATM for a shared branch. Not all shared branch ATMs have that capability.

Let me start by saying that I think you guys missed that boat on a great customer and a potential long term customer by holding student loan debt against someone. It’s a crisis in this country and some of us have worked hard to try and keep the important things going. Something that would and could help someone turn some things around you completely shot down. It’s sad really that credit unions are supposed to be non traditional and take the “big picture” into account. But you’re just like every other big bank that craps on people for having unfortunate circumstances. Waste of time.

Arsenal Credit union is horrible to bank. One of the perks of having an account with a bank is to do bank transactions through the drive thru. Arsenal credit unions policy is u can’t use the drive thru to make payment like ur car note (that is financed through them). Unless ur using the bank account u have with them. What the hell is the difference from making the car note thru the glass attached to the building or walking in on the other side of the counter. The teller literally turns around from the drive thru window to walk 10ft to the counter. Do not bank with credit union.

Poor customer service. They can't fax. Something wrong with their equipment. Also they don't open at 8 am . they open at 9. When I told teller she just gets very argumentative. This place could use customer skills!
