Was excited and anxious to open a secured card and begin to rebuild my credit so I went in today an hour before they closed. The ONE loan officer was with a client for "already 20 minutes", so I decided to wait. At 5 minutes to close (55 minute wait) I decided to leave and not use this bank.
The young lady was so unprofessional to personally interelate with the client for such an extended amount of time while I am highly obviously waiting for service. My fury was activated while the loan officer and the client talked about their dogs and husbands having covid for 20 minutes. Gave my filled out application and said I'll find another bank. All I got was a thank you. NOT using this credit union. Bummed and angry and wasted my precious time. Go here if your willing to wait for more than an hour.

Refinanced a car loan with aspen and she was great had it all completed in a couple of hours. Aspen you rock 5 stars for you too.

I sold my car to Southtown Chrysler, they paid me with a cashier check. I deposited it in Financial Plus and was told it wouldn’t be available until Friday and this was on Tuesday. So instead of getting another car on Tuesday, I was left the rest of the week without transportation all week as I couldn’t even rent one as they kept my money tied up. The people are friendly but the Credit Union is not customer friendly. Would not recommend it to anyone

I recently had an exceptionally bad experience with Chase bank customer service and needed a new avenue to handle a financial situation. I turned to Financial Plus with for assistsance. Not only did they help and drop my car payment significanlty but also gave me a long time solution to my financial problem that solved it.
Excellent experience. Ill be staying with FPCU for thr forseeable future.

Financial plus credit union is great financial institution. They have great competitive rates. Great account options, amazing online banking and above all, amazing staff. I’ve been banking with them for a very long time and they have been consistent and consistently improving their systems. Go credit unions!

Your loan officer Aspen at the Euclid office was so helpful. She listen to my request and give me a few options to consider. We did choose one and are very pleased with her service and professional yet friendly attitude .
