Worst banking experience. Last week was at the other Florida credit union across town which told me my next checks hence forth would not require a 7 day business hold. Today I went to deposit a new check to which the teller explains will need a 7 day business day hold. Business can't be put on hold because one bank messes up. It is unacceptable to be given a run around to deposit my checks. They don't allow mobile deposit for the account until it's been active for 6 months. How does that help my business? Checks are coming in and i won't be paid for 7 business days at this address. Yet, across town they deposited the check same day. Explaining "You won't have a problem depositing checks from now on that the checks been verified"
My business will be taken elsewhere, I came here for convenience and I haven't been given that.
Can't cash business checks at amscot over a certain amount.
Can't cash business checks at my bank.
Sitting on a check from last week due to working 15 hours days, on the two days off that I'm available to come deposit the checks into the business account they aren't open, require a check hold, and don't allow mobile banking for accounts less than 6 months hold.
What a mission Florida credit union.

Although it was quite busy on Saturday, I decided to go in to FLCU to open a new account. The wait was actually not too bad considering it was Saturday. I was helped by a very pleasant and knowledgeable representative, Josh Dubois. He provided a complete and thorough variety of options for opening my account. Mr. Dubois was indeed very helpful and he made sure I got exactly what I needed and was comfortable with. Great experience!

Anyone that does not like FCU needs to get an account with Truist or a real rip off, BOA, they have been excellent to me from the start and even my friends started at the credit union with them. Wells Fargo could also be a real eye opener. I most certainly have been able to go to FCU, sit down with them and explain, and they fix it every time. If this is not your experience, then I suggest you take a look in the mirror.

Matt R was my member service representative. He was very polite very knowledgeable very nice highly recommend him for a promotion he knows what he is doing and he even got me to open a personal account besides my business account. I highly recommend if somebody is going to open an account ask for Matt

My experience with Florida Credit Union has been nothing less than Phenomenal!!! Kiana Cook was my teller and she was extremely friendly, professional, majorly helpful and attentive to my needs as a customer. She was quick and efficient and communicative along the way keeping me informed of everything she was doing for me she didn't just leave me standing in silence I am looking forward to my next banking adventure great doing business here!

Matt R. did an awesome job in assisting my husband and I for an auto refinance. We have been customers with FCU for 2 years and we have never had a problem. Matt got us refinanced for a better rate, got my husband back into his online account and replaced our beaten up debit cards. Thank you Matt
