I had a family emergency that need attention that was need from Florida Federal Credit Union and was able to get Outstanding Supporting from Miss Al-Licia Saunders.
She provided exemplary support and an outstanding service.
As a military member we are not able to get things accomplished without service from some private sectors but in this case she was

I have been banking with FCU for a few years and never had a problem. I just recently opened another loan and with the help of * Al-licia Saunders *, I was able to afford what I really wanted. I thank her for the information I needed to know. She is professional at what she does and I can definitely recommend her to get things handled.

Went in to open another business checking account and Al-Licia was outstanding! She is knowlegable, listened to my questions and concerns, was more than helpful and got everything taken care of in a timely manner. I will highly recommend her to anyone that asks!

I went into the Maricamp branch to get an increase on my FCU credit card. Al-licia was so kind, personable and extremely helpful and efficient at her job! She got me approved for an increase. I will be requesting her for my future banking needs.

I've banked at enough banks in my lifetime to confidently say there are far superior banks than this one. If you want to speak to customer service be prepared to wait on hold for an hour or more. Tired of you locking my account for transactions you *think* are fraudulent that are not and then I have to sit on hold for hours to resolve it. This has happened 3x now. It's ridiculous. Switching banks.

I went to refinance my car. Mr McKinley he did everything to help lower my interest rate. When I first went I was going to use my husband account he has years ago. Because I was on a short time span and I had to leave so I was thinking opening a account is my name is going to be even longer. I have to leave before I got the loan approved. Mr McKinley contact me on Wednesday told I was approved for the rate we discussed. I was very excited. So back to the account I decided I want to opening my own account . I didn't know it would have to get approved again , so with that it put my interest rate up. I wish it was explain to me if I changed it could change my interest rates. I thank you Mr McKinley for all your help . It's not your fault
Mr McKinley you did really try to help us . But I am not pleased with the interest rate going higher. I believe they could have kept it the same rate. It's very hard and we are looking for ways to survive . That's the whole reason why I am refinancing my car.

The branch on Maricamp road is the most unfriendly and the slowest serving as I have seen in over 50 years of banking. 1. You get to walk up to a wall. 2. say you insert cash to deposit into your account. What happens...NOTING for about 5 minutes. You wonder ... HELLO! Did you get my MONEY!? 3. Then, maybe a screen appears and you are "talking" to a person who looks like you are putting them out 3. The screen goes blank when that person doesn't want you to talk to them any more. This is the most annoying and non-customer friendly service and most time consuming experience. Each transaction takes between 7 - 10 minutes. At ANY OTHER banking institution, a transaction takes about 2 minutes. In and out! NOT HERE. I DREAD when I have to come here. I would rather drive 20 minutes to ANY OTHER branch than put up with this nonsense! EVERY customer that has been in the facility when I am there has the exact SAME opinion. NOT ONE person says it is a pleasant experience. NO reason (legitimate) to have to stair at or talK to a WALL. GET RID of that and start taking care of your customers the way you should.

As a Permanent US Resident, it was difficult getting a credit card. I banked elsewhere. They turned me down, because I had no credit history; it's an oxymoron! How do you get a credit if no bank offers you one. I decided to visit FLCU, Maricamp Road. The bank agent was very nice. Ironically someone from India, was just there explaining the same problem. He went to speak with the manager. And they provided me with a credit card. The Credit amount was increased several times. I am a good and loyal customer and FLCU is a great company to do all my business with.
