I've been a loyal customer and have had an account with A.C.P.E. for over 30 years. I have had next too no problems with them. They have great staff and are more than willing to help with just about anything. If you don't come in with an attitude they are very easy to get along with.

I thought bankers were supposed to be more professional and friendly. I just had Joe yelling and cussing at me in the parking lot of ACPE when I had voluntarily surrendered my vehicle. I had cleaned it out(just not detailed) and it wasnt good enough for him. He then went on to yell that my credit will be more trashed than it was going to because he will make sure he ruins it more. Never ever go to this bank. You will get unprofessionals yelling at you for anything they don’t like. This bank needs to be shut down

Night and day experiences going in and using their 'new technology' mobile app....
The people here generally are always friendly with a smile on their face and more than willing to help. I have been doing business here for many many years, and was always happy to do so. I never had a single problem going in to the brick and mortar building to get my banking done. Sadly, I am now rethinking my long standing relationship with this establishment.
DO NOT TRUST THE MOBILE APP. Seriously, it cost me money attempting to use a direct deposit on a check due to no fault of my own. The app refuses to accept it, and due to the instructions it now has 'electronic deposit only' written on it - making me unable to deposit it anywhere else.
They refused to help fix the situation and acted like it was my problem. Truly unacceptable for this day and age. I understand that technology can cause such hiccups, but I attempted to fix the situation to the best of my ability. Emailing a picture of the check should fix this problem if the app refuses to do so. NOPE. They claim the only solution is to 'mail it in', or come in in person - both of which will just run into other problems due to how they specifically made me endorse it. From 'instant deposit' to ... well, perhaps sometime deposit if we can ever get this figured out... If I do all the work to fix their mistake that is.
Being hundreds of miles away currently, I could have set up another account at another bank and had this taken care of in less time than any of the proposed "solutions".... HOWEVER that isn't an option due to their required endorsement system. Extremely unimpressed and disappointed. I would be happy to change this review, if they went to any effort to fix the problems they created.

I have worked with ACPE FCU for years! From car loans, checking, savings! They have worked with me, know me personally. When my dauugher was recoverying from Cancer they sent me a card to let me know they were all rooting for her! No bank has ever done that! ACPE set's the bar for customer service! Acpe failed to process a direct deposit for payroll because they're closed on a Friday mind you they're online site says they are open today but if you go down to the office you'll find they're closed A direct deposit was made Thursday evening by my employer and I'll have to wait till Monday morning before I can access that money Every other credit Union in Laramie can complete a direct deposit before 9:00 a.m. the following day whether they're opened or closed or not it is ridiculous that I have to wait from Thursday till Monday to get my payroll check processed Do not use ACP credit Union if you want timely service or the ability to plan your finances you'll just have to wait for them to complete their transactions when they feel like it Thanks for ruining my weekend So to recap acpe debit cards will get compromised about every 3 months The ladies in the office were very nice and set up a line of credit for me and that credit card was compromised in less than one month from its issuing Every other credit Union can process direct deposits automatically but at acpe you will have to wait for someone during business hours to facilitate that transaction Kind of funny as they advertise they have good online banking services when you have to wait for them to manually deposit your direct deposit I would not suggest using acpe credit union unless you are willing to keep a very large savings account with them and be willing to not use your debit card and be prepared to pay for somebody's misuse of your credit card If you can cover all those expenses you probably don't need a credit union I've been using acpe credit union for 30 years The ladies down there are super nice and I would hate to have to bank anywhere else however acps unwillingness to update their system accommodate people with small bank accounts or even be accountable for their poor service has driven me to look for a new place to bank
