Pros: 1) Better loan products and rates 2) Service is great. No long hold times. 3) Easy process. 4) Very happy with the overall results and full process. Cons: 1) I'm not Tech savvy and I was having the hardest time completing the electronic signing. I had to get my neice to help me out. It took her 2 minutes to finish it.
