This has been the most frustrating bank to work with. Every other bank allows transfer from one account to another, even if not the same bank, most other banks offer wire transfers from the app. Then to have your bank card mailed after they mailed it to the wrong address (which I have updated multiple time) takes two weeks when I told them I was leaving the country in less than 2 weeks. My dad picked the card up for me and overnighted it to me, then to get it and it did not even work. So I had to wait another 4 days to get it working because it was a “holiday”. This is insane. It has taken nearly two weeks to get two things done through this bank as I am in the military and not local. I have stayed with the bank because it’s my home town but this is becoming increasingly challenging and hard to do.

Terrible service, no telephone support for your debit card, so when its locked by mistake, for suspicious activity, you have to wait to contact the bank to fix, on a hiliday weekend… 4 days wait to get access to my own damn bank account

I have a credit/debit card through The Bank of Buffalo. I made an authorized purchase with that card, but within 2 days, there were 3 unauthorized charges. The Bank of Buffalo's Fraud Department identified those fraudulent charges and notified me immediately. I am so greatful for their rapid response. I am so thankful that I have them looking out for me. I would recommend The Bank of Buffalo to anyone. Their commitment to their customers is amazing.

If I could give this bank a zero score that would still be to much. Not a very trusting bank. Put blame on customers and not their own mistakes.

Been happily doing business with this bank since the 1980s (maybe longer). Rich has helped my business grow, and Martha always takes care of the things I goof up!
