After a lack of attention to my application I decided to pursue a loan with another lender. I had difficulty contacting the appraiser, which they explained more than once was not their responsibility. So who's responsibility was it? Also were charging $850 for the appraisal. When I finally made contact with the appraiser he had a bad attitude and raised his voice with me because he apparently lost power at his house and gave me the wrong phone number, his home not his cell. When I read back his voicemail with the numbers he said I should have recognized that the first three numbers after the area code were residential and not cell phone numbers. Really? The company offered no alternatives until I informed them that I would find someone else. Then they sprung into action. They could care less until they thought they would lose money. Then the manager emailed to tell me that several houses in Wheeling lost power, including my appraiser. So he's in cahoots with the appraiser I guess, to which he replied he was not friends with the appraiser. So how did he know his power went out. Lack of attention, integrity issues, rinky-dink technology (check out the website, maybe a high school student made it as a class project) I went somewhere else.
