Every since Rob has become manager over this bank is not the same. The new women that work up front are rude. They can’t get new debt cards for people in a timely manner. When asking about it the answer is the company we use is on back log. It has been three weeks and still no debt card. When my account got hacked they acted like it was no big deal. When I called to get the routing number to the bank the new girl up front told me she would have to put me on hold because they were busy and I was like I am a customer to so you can give me the number and get off the phone. They put me one hold three times when my account got hacked and I was a block away so went to the bank and they weren’t busy they were all in there talking to each other goofing off and not wanting to work. I have banked here for 25 yrs and never have I been disappointed until now under the new management.

This is the absolutely best financial institution in the area by leaps and bounds!!!!! If you have an account anywhere else, close it and move your business to Metro. Staff is great. Their app is easy to use. Can't say enough good things about them.

I've only met two friendly staff (the younger ones), rest of them always give me attitude like I'm a bother to help. Also, the hours stink in my opinion. No weekend hours at all. Once my card got stolen on a Friday night and I couldn't even report it until the following Monday. And I was out all kinds of money due to the thief's. My last complaint, they have no way to deposit a check on a mobile app or anything. I don't get my paycheck from work until the end of the day, whenever I get off of work... and I can't deposit it because they're closed. So my rent is always late and I have to wait and wait.

I have banked with Metro Federal Credit Union since 2001. I couldn't ask for better People to deal with. They know you by name and treat you like Family.

-1 star because cards dont work with google or Samsung pay. -1 star because there online app is awful. The saving grace for Metro Community is the people who work there.

I been a member of waycose fcu for years most of time ok service. But recently waycose took my whole paycheck and the thing is I didn't owe on any loans. So had to talk and talk find out where is my money. They finally find it and mail it to me and nobody can cash a check from this metro community fcu. Going on 10 days without pay at this time. Now I'm gonna drive an hour each way to this particular bank and see if they will cash their own check.
