I've been using CoVantage for the last 12 years. In the beginning, they were amazing. They gave me car loans and personal loans when needed. Recently, they have been awful!! In July 2022, I was there for a mortgage pre-approval. The representative I made my appointment with, which was made a week in advance, was completely unprepared for the appointment. She never reviewed any of our documents that were submitted ahead of time. She then continued to ask over and over about our down payment, when I had given her an answer 3 TIMES already. Absolutely appalled and horrible customer service beyond belief!! I took my mortgage needs else where and had a pre-approval in 12 minutes. CoVantage NEVER gave me a pre-approval and kept asking the same questions over and over again. Bank somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.

I spoke with someone last Friday and asked them to stop automatic payments on my car loan due to it being paid off way ahead of schedule, and to start the payments up again when I am due for a payment. However, the money was still taken out of my account for my loan despite me just asking them to not take out the money. Extremely frustrating having money drawn from your account for a loan when you aren't expecting it.

If I could rate zero I would they have now stolen 40,000,000 million from my account I hope this bring them to justice cuz my audit is complete. I found out it was them cuz they levied my retirement check from the federal government can anyone please help me is there anyone out there?

I have been a member of covantage since I was 13, I really had no problems until I started having issues with my debit card. Anytime I purchase 3 or more transactions at once, they call it fraud and cancel my card without any warning. So, then I try my card and to my surprise its been blocked! Which is obviously pretty frustrating. Not even to mention that I don't know if I have ever spoken to a person on their phones. I always try to call earlier in the morning 9:00 AM- 10:00 AM to try and avoid long hold times, let I still end up having to physically go into the bank EVERY. SIGNLE. TIME. and have to get a new card. It's incredibly frustrating when you live in a different city as well and have to have your card mailed to you and they say it will take "10-12 days" and it actually comes in 1 full month. I used to LOVE covantage, I always told people about how kind and helpful they were. However, within the past 3 or so years, they have become incredibly unhelpful. I do not want to have to worry about my debit card being blocked without me even knowing after going on a small shopping spree and then not being able to access my funds because they do not want to properly follow through with their job.

I am extremely unsatisfied with CoVantage. I had a credit card with them for a few years now. However, recently they closed my account without any sort of notice. The reason being that I never activated a new card which I had lost and just never got around to reporting that I needed a new one. A notice that my account would be closed had I not activated my new card would have been nice. I contacted customer service and they were snarky and only said that I would have to reapply for a new credit card. I took my business to Royal Credit Union and will more than likely be transferring my auto loan that is through CoVantage as well.

When I pd off my vehicle loan, I received terrible customer service from who I believe was the branch Mgr or teller supervisor. Not helpful at all and was a little bit sassy.

I have an IRA. I have no clue the ins and outs of the verbiage and Terms. I went to this location for HELP! Well she was so condescending it's was sick. My entire day was ruined because of her lack in customer service. I was wanted to know about the forms I had and what they meant. She wouldn't even let me say any of this all she was saying while I was interrupted was " not my forms" numerous times. I just walked away with her snarky tone have a great day. I just wanted to understand. I didn't have parents or anyone to teach me any of this. I just wanted help and support and knowing someone would make the ti.e and h e my back. Well you won't get it from her or the manager there. I hope someone from corporate reaches out.

I had switched from my banking from one of the local "Banks" to Co-Vantage on the advice of a friend, and have had nothing but good experiences with them.
If I was able to give another star I would.
Always been professional and personable.
