I used to bank here for a few years. Service was alright, the tellers where helpful and always in a good mood. When it came time for me to buy a house, I asked them and they automatically turned me down because I was too young. I went to another bank in the area, and they where the ones to actually find a way to make it happen. I’ve banked with them ever since then, with nothing but good experiences.

Well I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I was in the process of purchasing a new vehicle and stopped in at Community First in Waupaca where I have banked for 20+ Years. To be honest I have never had a good experience trying to get a loan without getting looked at funny or being told nope have a nice day. Well that changed today. I met with Carson who right away understood my concern and reassured me he would do everything in his power to make sure I had a good experience no matter what. After going over the details and talking with him about my options he ran some numbers and made a phone call and said I would like to tell you are approved! I was in complete shock not only did he get me approved but at a much lower rate then the dealership did. I guess moral of the story is don't give up. Carson changed my whole attitude towards this bank. I went from wanting to pull my accounts and switch banks to working with him on other ways he can help me. Take note Community First you have a good guy working for you, that deserves to know that because of him following your moto and fighting for me I will continue to do business with your bank!

The staff in Waupaca is very nice to work with and are always friendly. My only complaint so far is:
I opened up accounts a couple of weeks ago. They were supposed to order me a debit card for my accounts. I have been waiting and when I called today she said it was never ordered. This has been a big inconvenience for me.... Now I have to wait longer and they won't expedite it to me unless I pay $25.. UGH!!!

New system update has left my money I have in this bank in limbo. I have no access to my accounts and phone support is terrible. I was waiting on the phone for over 15 minutes and was #19+ to talk to someone. I was told I could talk to someone tonight after 6pm so things could be straightened out. Im sure Im not the only one having problems at this bank. The parking lot at this location is full and no more customers can find a parking spot.

Friendly staff. Loan officers are easy to talk to and give great advice. App and website have greatly improved since there big overall in the summer of 2019. Location makes parking a bit tight.

I just went in and asked to get change for a store and they said because I'm not a member they would not help me. The one lady was very rude and looked at me stupidly when I asked if they could point me in the direction of a place that could help.
