I've banked with them for a very long time, never had problems. I loved the app, pretty user friendly, until they "updated" it and I truly truly dislike it!!!!!!! It takes a while for recent activity to show up, current balance is delayed, you have to keep signing back in when navigating !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The old app was working just fine.

I went in to deposit money as a young women I don’t like to feel like I’m being taken advantage of; when I asked to deposit money they said it would take a while the teller then proceeded to take my money to there back room and count it in which I could not see it being counted, it took over 15 mins he came back and told me the amount they got which was 300 dollars under my amount I had counted so I asked for my money back and then took it to another location and they got the right amount I had. Not trustworthy and honestly relay upset that they would do something like that.

This credit union is all about how to get fees from you. That's how you are worth more to them. Their processing of transactions is set up in a way to intentionally be able to charge fees and have absolutely NO regard for the customers who pay their wages. This credit union has been sued over their terrible business practices. DON'T GO HERE!!! They have been taking advantage of their customers more and more and refuse to do anything to help their customers!!

I have a new auto loan with them and made my first payment split over 2 paycheck prior to the due date. The system still shows that I owe for half of the first payment, yet on another screen it shows that it's paid. I've stopped in 3 times over the last week to get this fixed so it doesn't show that it's late. I get told that they will contact someone with the loan to get it fixed- still nothing. There is no follow through with anything. They need to change their motto because I definitely don't feel like I'm worth more here. ** Update ** the problem is fixed, but I feel that it could have been taken care of a lot sooner.

My law firm has been with Landmark Credit Union for 1.5 years. We have always been happy and have never had issues. The tellers are particularly great. I went in today to deposit a check (no cash back) and was told about half of it will be held for FIVE BUSINESS DAYS!?!?!?! The policy started today. Really? It was a check for an amount smaller than our usual deposits and we have NEVER been overdrawn or had other issues. Unfortunately, our firm will be closing our account there immediately and have to bank elsewhere now.
