I have been with this bank for years I just closed out of my account because of Customer service not taking credit for there Mistake And blaming it on others. The only good customer service I got was when I closed it. If you guys have an account with them and you're reading this I would suggest closing it.

My wife and I hadn't planned on applying for a homeloan for another 6 months. One of life's unexpected changes jumped out at us over a weekend and we needed to know our options right away. I called Wendy on Monday morning, she took our information on the phone, by 3 o'clock we had our approval letter and knew what we had to work with wich was better than we even expected. You can't get that kind of dedication, quality or security online or anywhere else.

Bank First keeps loans in house. It is so great to have all our accounts in one place!!! Plus they are a Local Wisconsin bank so it is great to keep our money circulation in our community.

Bank first is a Great Bank including , Customer service , welcoming staff , always willing to do extra help ,
we work often with Kyle , in Mortgage department and he is a wonderful Banker to work with. Liz at Tomah Location also very knowledgeable and aggressively helpful.

Liz was very unprofessional and rushing the process to open an account. Did not offer ALL banking options. Lots of fees. (If you don't like your job, find another one)
