Ya tellers r cool but branch manager is dumb as box of rocks , she screwed up amount of my loan and less a lot less than I need and said take it or leave it lol I laughed in her face called her boss !! She decided to rewrite loan within 24 hrs , imagine that

Don't trust this bank much less the branch. Was told my bank account was closed but yet out of "good faith" they processed an auto payment to Netflix even after the account was closed. I now owe them the payment and over draft fees. Good faith...yeah right. Was never informed of anything till 2 months later. Way to go bmo you've swindled another fee out of me.

Never banked here, never would. Heard too many horror stories. Giving a bad review due to the owner of the building in shawano wi putting up a ridiculous fence around their parking lot, which typically has 3 or fewer customers at a time. The lot is in a very central area downtown and makes access to local businesses convenient. Not only does the community see this fence as a fire hazzard (the fire trucks will run it right over if need be) but also will cause problems with removing snow, deliveries, garbage removal, and much more. So good luck to whoever owns this building from Milwaukee, as they will have fewer customers then the little they do now and will likely close this branch leaving an empty building in a prime spot in our downtown.

If I could give this company zero stars, know that I would. First few years with the company... no problem! Then cashapp came out, and to keep my bills separate I got a card. Again first couple years with cashapp and transferring money from my bmo account NO PROBLEM! Then the issues started. I would try and transfer money to my cashapp, something I do biweekly and they would freeze my account. Now in less than a year time, I've had to get two replacemeny cards cause not only do they freeze my account from transferring they block my whole damn card. I have talked to everybody you can talk to. Today is my last day with this company!!!! I want my MONEY!
