Every time I visit them for any transaction or anything else I need, the staff that works here are very friendly and are always happy to help! I’m glad this is my bank!

I've been a member here for 20+ years. Always good customer service, and today OUTSTANDING service from CAMERON NELSON. Thank you, Cameron, for graciously handling this slightly emotional and overwhelmed member close out a loved one's estate account. Your calm, confident and warm customer service is remarkable. The credit union and its members are lucky to have you at the River Falls location. Thank you again, WCU and Cameron for truly delivering customer service as your #1 priority.

On 9/10/21 I went to the River Falls branch of the WESTconsin credit union. I was going to put some documents in my safe deposit box. I was denied access to my safe deposit box. After 40 minutes of waiting to speak to someone. I was told that I was removed from the box by my deceased father in January of 2020. I was told that someone but not myself now has access. I informed the branch manager that my fathers and my accounts were drained of thousands of dollars in January of 2020 by a fraudster. And that someone at the River Falls branch was able to recover our funds and informed me nothing else was affected by the fraudster. I have paid the rent on the safe deposit box and have accessed the box several times since January 2020. I also showed legal documentation. WESTconsin credit union refused to inform me of who now has access to my belongings. I was told that it was being sent to another department. I may have access to my belongings in a week or never depending on the outcome. I also informed them that my online accounts had three outside accounts linked to them. They could not inform me of whos or what accounts these are. I am sorry to say that WESTconsin credit union values fraudsters privacy over its own customers.

We have always experienced excellent service on our in-person visits to our credit union. Each employee we have had contact with are competent AND friendly!
