I have banked at CoVantage for ten years and never have had a problem with the staff, they are always courteous and friendly. They offer drive thru services and inside. They always have it looking clean and nice. I also just got a car loan thru them and had some problems with the car loan but got it worked out in the end. I wod recommend CoVantage to anyone looking for a bank.

7 to 10 days to get my debit card, It’s been two weeks and still no sign of it. Says they’re open till 6 PM on a Thursday just left there at 5:19 PM and they’re closed. Worst bank I’ve ever gone too. I’m switching to associated Monday. Would not recommend his bank to anyone.

Applied for a car loan, the rep did a hard hit on my credit report and now refuses to call me back even though it was approved.
I'm trying to rebuild my credit and to have this bank do a hard hit on my credit and then ignore me is ridiculous! I will never recommend this place.

Covantage is a great bank but this branch is inept. On three occasions they have put funds in other people’s accounts. Went to get a loan was refused drove to the branch in wausau and was accepted. Multiple credit hits 2 without my consent. I drive to Crandon, Crystal Falls MI or Wausau for all my banking.

Not happy. My family has had eight auto loans through CoVantage, three of them personally myself. I was recently declined for an auto loan even with a strong co-signer because of my length of employment history. I have stayed in the same industry with no employment gaps. And that’s the best they can come up with? Last and final time I’ll ever use CoVantage.
