I cannot stand this company. I bought a rainbow vacuum and right off the bat, they lied on my finance application to this company. I was told I wouldnt have to make payments for 3 months which was the time frame to complete the program with Pure Air Life LLC. I was told I would not be charged interest in this time but I certainly believe I was just like hundreds of other people. No matter how hard I tried to contact the seller, I was met with poor communication if any at all and they made it impossible to even complete the program. Now Belmont is saying my account is past due 90 days after making a payment in both November and December for more than the monthly charge. I missed the first two monthly payments due to being in between jobs and communicated with them about this. My credit score was near 740 when my account was opened and I worked very hard for that. My score is now 598 all because of this company. I have disputed with the credit agency with no luck and am now paying $1,800 in interest alone. This company is something I never want to be involved with again once I payoff the ridiculous amount of money I owe. NEVER FINANCE THROUGH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CROOKS!

I have already place a very poor review for this company because of poor business practices (insisting they do not give payoff balances until two days prior to payment date....obviously they want to squeeze all the interest our of a loan they can...of course who can get a payment to them in two days so more interest will accumulate) and they called us liars saying we only called for a balance and not a payoff balance. Well they responded to my review claiming they were refunding our overpayment (payment they took out of our account after receiving our cashier's check). They said we would receive our check within 7-10 days. It has been 15 days and when we called they claim it us due to the post office. Funny, we have received two notices saying our account was closed but no check yet. Poor integrity.

i keep getting calls from this company, i'm not associated with it at all, k don't have an account with them, i don't have any contact with anyone from the area this company is from so why do they keep calling from a 715 number when that's not even the number they tell me to call back?!

UPDATED REVIEW...
They WILL literally ROB you blind! We had to put a block up against them on our bank account because they kept taking hundreds out of our account and when confronted about it, they come up with every excuse possible. Our bank has even said they are liars and that everything Belmont has told us they have done is false. There is also a MAJOR communication lack between their employees. If you are thinking about working with this company... RUN!!! THEIR screw up has caused us to become so behind and don't even think they will fix THEIR screw ups because they surely will not! I don't understand how this company is even still in business!!!!
As soon as we get our stuff paid off, we will NEVER work with these people again nor will we be referring them to anyone!!! Calling them is a complete waste of time!!

Easy working with them and no automated over sees customer service! I bought a rainbow vacuum with a deposit (I did have good credit so they were happy to offer a loan) and was offered same as cash loan. I didn't want automatic drafts. No problem. They provided me with a payment booklet. The only con I had was when they changed addresses they notified me a month and a half late. So my most recent payment that I had already sent had to be forwarded to the new address and took some time to be cashed .

Terrible customer service and the way they try to screw you over is ridiculous! Definitely reporting it to BBB...they are trying to charge me an extra $30 on my monthly note bc they said my auto pay was returned back to my bank but i called in to disable the autopay bc i wanted to start paying it myself from my online banking and was paid early and wasnt late and had proof of payment with date and all but unfortunately they said they couldn't fine a call from me on the date i said i called on and wanted me to send proof of that call like seriously?? Unfortunately i had gotten a new phone and some of my stuff didnt transfer and had call log cleared out...at this point i'd rather return the merchandise to the company, Bioair, and discontinue the loan all together!!!

Terrible customer service. Worse payment portal. Made my final payment last week. I noticed that my bank was not charged. I tried to login and the account isn't active. So I decided to call. The portal had an issue and it deleted the last digit. Naturally the payment failed. Belmont decided to charge me a fee for insufficient funds( there was plenty in there). They refused to explain why the account was locked and also refused to remove the bogus fee. Avoid using them for anything.

There is no way to contact customer service from your website even though it says Customer Service right there on the front and only page of it. There seems to be absolutely no way of figuring out where you stand as in your current balance etc. I wish I had never signed that contract. No telling how much I'll end up paying for this thing and I should have just bought a Dyson for the same quality and lower price.
