A No star that would accurately reflect how horrible this credit union is . The board is allowing people who are not qualified to run this credit union . The Vice President Deb is a complete fraud , lying to good customers, breaking the laws that are required to be followed . This includes her speaking out in public establishments that if she doesn't like some one personally she will find a way to foreclose on their mortgage just to make their life miserable and also willingly sharing confidential information of customers with people who have no business knowing this information is very concerning . Customers BEWARE no personal or business transaction or conversation that you have with your credit union personnel is confidential and will be shared around the community !

Absolutely a joke and sorry excuse for a business that is centered around “customer service”. In the past 4 months they made multiple mistakes when I go to pay my mortgage and instead THEY put the money in a savings account which then makes me late on my mortgage payment. Tellers with terrible attitudes yell at customers through the intercom. Called the manager to complain about teller and manager Lisa LAUGHED when I told her my concerns…Absolutely disgraceful!!! Inconvenient hours, not as many mobile banking options as surrounding banks. After months of being dissatisfied with service, finally convinced my husband to switch banks and I cannot wait for the day!! I will not miss banking here!

Rude to my wife after locking her account for 4 days on a holiday weekend over a 94 cent purchase. She never received a call or text from a fraud department or anything forcing her to wait until they reopened. Time to switch to a real bank.

Yeah I used to bank through this bank until they closed all my accounts because I lost business and got behind on bills and apparently they didn’t understand losing business. Now I try to deposit a check through them because they are a shared branch of marine and marine closed all its local doors and they just put a two day hold on deposited check after the teller tried telling me that marine was placing the hold. This place is a joke.

They never answer the phone. Called the outsourced customer service line to figure out why the website was down so I could access my account online. They had no clue about the situation or how to fix it. Their (outsourced phone number) solution was to transfer me to the phone number for the bank that hasn’t been working all week (probably longer than that). I even told them that the number was down.
Wouldn’t suggest putting money in this bank or trying to pay your bills through them. Very unreliable and judging by the other reviews I have read they have been struggling for some time.
