Today I arranged for a car loan with the KCU through Betty Moeller who had helped us 2 years ago with a similar loan. Becky was very accommodating and provided us with several options. I would highly recommend working with Becky or with any other loan officer @ KCU as I believe you will find them to be very competent and wanting to provide you with the best possible service and products. Their rates are lower and with more flexible payment programs than what is offered with our current bank. I wish I had found KCU earlier. John Van Der Vaart

It took only 48 hours to get our Relief Loan funds and our Lending Specialist, Kalia, was great to work with. KCU cares about their members and helped us when we really needed it through difficult times.

I was always very satisfied in the past when I went into one of your local branches for a loan. It was always handled in a timely manner. This time it seemed to be a long drawn out process and the information I gave to the first person I talked with I had to give to Weston Nelson again. One of the items was the 10 day pay out amount. He was out of the office for over a week including the holiday week end and when I finally spoke with him on Tuesday , he asked me for that figure again because supposedly the 10 days had expired. As of today I understand that the loan is approved and he has all the information he needs. I was very disappointed in the way he handled things. The other problem was in his absence on one else seem to be able to help me.

They are horrible... I wouldn't suggest them to my worst enemy!!! They literally hold your hard earned money hostage. It took me a month to get my $200 back from an atm dispute. Customer service is the worst I have EVER experienced... PLEASE whatever you do... DO NOT bank with Kohler Credit Union!!!

Do not give Kohler Credit Union your business. They are awful
FOLLOW UP A FEW MONTHS LATER:
KCU has terrible customer service. Every time I've been on the phone with them (mind you A LOT since I have problems with them quite often) they are snappy or have an attitude. They also require you to always come in to get anything done. And everything always takes well over a week! I will be closing my account today with them and couldn't be happier. Do not use Kohler Credit Union.

Im 20 years old and am currently working through a rough few years. I wasn't really sure on what I was doing with my banking. I was told to go to Kohler Credit Union because its supposedly a very good banking establishment. I had Brittney Fanslau walk me through everything and was left amazed that people like her still exist in this world. She helped me with everything I needed and answered my questions even if they were stupid. Or to be honest not even her department. If I could give 6 stars I would. I can't wait to do a loan since I've

Kohler credit Unions certificate of deposit program is a joke. Unless you typically bring in new money, they will not give you the best rates on a CD. So needless to say, I have had to move a sizable amount of money out of KCU to invest elsewhere. In talking to others I’m not the only one who has done this. If KCU were smart, they would realize that sometimes it’s better to play the long game. People like myself not only are moving money out of KCU, but often times we have 401(k) rollover’s, and other large assets of which I now have with another financial institutions , which I am certain is going to be a lot more lucrative than what they might earn on a CD. I recommend taking your money elsewhere.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Koehler credit union is by far the absolute WORST bank I’ve banked with. NOTHING WORKS. It’s 2023, I should have mobile access to transferring funds and working ATMS. Something is always wrong with their app or the ATM or something. Nothing is ever convenient, nothing is ever available. It’s my money and I should have access to it.
