About a month ago I went to Ez's and used my debit card and this was the last time I visited, then 2 days ago I check my bank account and Ez's charged me $12.87 I had my bank look at it and it turns out the charge was supposed to have been processed on 9/22 and they had barely done it on 10/18!!! I went to complain/request a refund from them amd was directed to call Cashmere Valley Bank, where the woman who answered said that's not how it works and that she had no idea why I was told to contact them so I called Ez's back and told her what the woman had told me and she said she would talk to their banker at Cashmere and get back to me which they haven't done. Cashmere Valley Bank you guys need to be more careful in processing payments with them because CLEARLY someone doesn't know what their doing. And no I still not only havent gotten refunded because of their screw up but neither of them have contacted me to explain the situation, it's VERY wrong that they reached into my bank account as they pleased, which by the way, almost overdraftes my a ccount and i would have been charged a high fee if that happened.So glad I chose Numerica over Cashmere!

If i could give this 0 stars, i would. I felt completely belittled when i came in having issues depositing my check on the App. The managers body language, tone and words completely pointed to me being a liar, and wrong. I have not banked as long as her, im 100% Sure. Because im only 35, but ill ilbe darned if i have ever been treated like that before. I went to the bank on Penny Rd. Spoke to the IT tech... him and the woman there assures me Maple Street managers' information was incorrect - THEY apologized for Maples Manger- even though managements are not the same from one location to another. No names, but after explaining the managers actions, one of the employees said, i think i know who you are talking about and agreed she has an intense vibe...
I was able to figure out the issues i was having with the patiants and understanding of the team at the Branch on Penny Road. As for Maple St- i will never step foot in again, and i will never recommend Cashmere Valley Bank again. And we will be switching banks. To the Manager at Maple.... im sure you will have all the excuses... but it was YOU who told me the wrong information, and it was YOU who gave me tone and actions as if i was a lair. And YOU should switch job, bc you are not people material. You're a Grumpy "Karen". I dont care if you were having a bad day.... i have never felt such belittling! Completely unprofessional. So here is a taste of your of unprofessional medicine. By Cashmere Valley Bank!
