4 because if you go into the bank it is great, I changed to this bank after having problems with my old bank. Not 5 stars because don't bother calling them you wont get anywhere, you will get ahold of a real person easier then others but that doesnt do much when they like to be difficult.

Just here to vent because I’m a little overwhelmed.
Can I just say, over the years Washington Federal here in Walla Walla has always been amazing to me especially through the pandemic except for one lady who sounds older. I do most of my banking online and over the phone and this woman always seems to sound like accommodating anyone is so hard for her. Not to mention I went to the bank already twice today so. Anyways, vent over! Just wish she was never the one that answered the phone since everyone else there seems to enjoy their job which you know may not be true at all but their customer service is great regardless. Rating would be a 5 if I never had to deal with her.

The managers and associates are very helpful. Last February I became involved with a Internet scam. They were so helpful in resolving this bad situation. It's a good feeling knowing you can walk in any day and expect to get answers to any concern.

Excellent service, surprisingly patient and helpful. My first visit to this bank was when I went with my Dad, who is blind. Brett greeted my Dad by name and was extremely kind and very competent. Highly refreshing!

WOW, To the guy who left review about the employee who called another employee by phone that was only feet away , I am not sure why you were offset by that. In the banking business I deal with ,I would be more upset if employees were yelling my information across the room to each other no matter what it concerned, that would be the kind of bank I would not do business with. I am not sure how much banking business you do ordinarily but sounds like you might owe employees an apology for looking out for your best interest. Cudos to the employees that had to deal with this matter. I enjoy coming into this bank occasionally with a family member and we have discussed the staff and how much he loves dealing with anyone of them. So to Jonathon, Andrea , Matt keep up the great team work.

I was surprised a the lack of common sense the employees showed. And the lack of energy. The tiller had to call another bank employee by phone that was maybe 25 ft from us at his desk. And spoke with him as we were in ear and eye sight of them and hear the whole conversation. We look at each other and ask why don't we just ask him because he is just like rt there. It was a run around from the start
