Horrible bank that fails in every aspect of consumer service as it's COO admittedly doesn't even know the banking laws or Consumer Fraud protections under federal laws. They will string you along for months with their inaction after telling you to submit a request then months later admit it refuses to act. HORRIBLE little bank!!

I have had nothing but great experiences at Community Bank. DaShari Cinnamon opened my account and she was very kind and professional. I have had great experiences with everyone who works in this branch. When I walk in they are all very friendly and greet me with a smile.Not only do they have exceptional customer service, but their online banking is very user friendly. I would recommend opening an account with this bank to all my friends and family.

I love Community Bank! They have always gone way above and beyond the call of customer service. I appreciate that they value me and our community. I love that they stop by to see if we need anything or to introduce us to new employees. Excellent service and an amazing group of people! Thank you for always being so kind and respectful of my time and needs!

They intentionally will push your overdraft past the limit, just so they can collect their $64 overdraft fee. They will also hold your ACH deposits longer than they need to.

New Manager Taber is the worst 'Bank Manager ' . I had a very bad experience in hapo bank with him and now in community bank again. Also I want to mention about the new staff in community bank downtown branch is also not likes to work They are very lazy and do not make any positive effort to help clients.
