I got a loan through Lighthouse after my credit had been ruined, I had my loan for 3 1/2 years and was consistent with payments and it helped boost my credit. Amanda has always helped me stay consistent and she is the sweetest person ever.
I just traded my car in for a newer one and I will miss working with all the kind ladies at Lighthouse. Thanks for all the help!

Horrible Customer Service.. They have attitudes, and don't put notes in their system. Then they call you with an attitude as if they hate their jobs. No stars if I could. Just Friday spoke with Amanda about paying off car. She was suppose to send out the payoff info but didn't probably because I told her how rude her staff been, she said it was someone else but it was her the whole, she didn't even change her voice..

Worst loan company I have ever worked with. They tell you they are willing to work with you over your payments then once you call in they tell you that you have to pay the full balance of your loan if not there’s nothing they can or will do to work with you.

Lighthouse is awesome they took a chance on us with our first car loan and even with our terrible credit. Most everyone we work with was super nice. We mainly worked with Amanda and she was amazing! So nice and always available! She really cared about me and my family! So sweet. The only complaint I have with them is they don't do refinancing. We had never missed a payment but because our credit didn't improve we couldn't refinance anywhere the 100% on time payments didn't matter anywhere.

Amanda is hands down the best account manager I have ever worked with! She is very professional, caring and tries to work with everyone to find solutions that works best for everyone! Never once did I feel forced or uncomfortable when working with her and would highly recommend her to anyone!!!! Thank you Amanda for everything!!!! You are the best!

This place is a joke!!!! Very Rude when I have talked to them every day these people would call my job my wife's job and everyone on my contact list they are very rude when spoken to in constantly been harassed and then on top of it all they repoed my car yesterday with my brother in it lifted up the car with him in the car and the tow truck guy three of them to be exact threaten my brother's life what kind of Finance Company hires people like that unbelievable!!! finance a lot of cars in my lifetime and this is the worst place I've ever been through or ever financed through!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst place I’ve ever financed anything through. Daniel is an absolute nightmare and vile person to deal with. Nobody should ever be talked to the way he talks to people, under any circumstances. I’ve never dealt with someone so blatantly rude and disrespectful in my life. The costumer service all around is horrible! If you can go anywhere else, I highly recommend you do. These people don’t help, they take advantage of people with poor credit and will leave you nasty voicemails instead of helping come up with a solution. Never was late on my payments and always made payment arrangements, then got into a car accident and these people were nothing but disrespectful! I don’t know how this place is even running.

I’ve had the most AMAZING experience with this company, especially with Natalie. My vehicle was in a hit and run accident she attended to my every need and answered every question with detail & best of all she was my personal advocate when helping me with my gap insurance claim (That she filed for me)!!! She went above and beyond and made this experience pleasant. I definitely would recommend LightHouse to all of my family & friends! Thank you Natalie for all your hard work and dedication!
