Gave me me a fair a reasonable price. I didn’t take it due to their service. I Will certainly not give my business because of a rude employee. This was my first time here and immediately came off aggressive. I took my business across the street. Much friendlier and happy to do business with.

I was interested in a beautiful Alexandrite ring that I fell in love with at Continental Loan. Jamie was the employee that first answered all my questions and let me examine the color change properties of the ring. She shared the appraisal that also had pertinent information regarding stone sizes, quality, etc. For me, the purchase of this ring was a big investment. I needed to be certain that I was making the purchase, not just on looks and desire to wear it. I called the appraiser and was very pleased to find that she has been in business for 41 years and is highly certified and has worked closely with Continental Loan for a long time. She answered all my questions and assured me of the authenticity of the ring. She also spoke highly of Continental Loan and it’s owner Dave. After 3 days of research and consideration I bought this beautiful ring. I am so pleased and happy. Pretty abrasive just over the phone. I was going to come in but I read your reviews. Then I read your comment towards a customer. I now won’t do buisness with you because you just chewed out a customer! You don’t respond with several paragraphs. You simply say I’m sorry for your experience. Is there anything I can do to make your experience better next time? You bashed her on google reviews and now you’ve lost a customer, me. You don’t belong in retail sir.

I was looking for something very particular and i called them and presented my request to a lady iver the phone she went and checked and found what i was looking for and gave me all the specs over the phone and when i went in to look in person at the item, an older gentleman helped me out and was very helpful and amazing customer service!!! I will definitely go back here if i ever need something!!! Thank you again for all your help!!!!!!!
