My experience with the Toppenish branch of solarity has been amazing, they have got a super friendly staff and they made me feel welcomed. They were extremely helpful with opening an account process after bank of america left town. I highly recommend anyone looking to bank with a credit union to really consider Solarity. I am satisfied with all the assistance they had provided thus far.

Solarity used to be a bank where they made you feel like part of their family. Now, there is no personal interaction unless you use the drive up window. However, the line for the drive up window is very long, extending out into the roadway. The wait time in line is approximately 20 - 30 minutes.
Solarity has de-personalized it's members.
I was in the Solarity in Toppenish, forgot my wristlet which had my Driver license, credit cards, debit cards $380.00 cash on their counter. As soon as I returned to my office I realized it, but they were closed. I called immediately & was routed to the Yakima branch. They refused to give me the number to Toppenish branch. They told me they would call them & relay the message & have Toppenish return my call. I did not get a call until the next day (Toppenish employees were still there when Yakima told me they would call them). When they finally called me, the denied they found my wristlet. I asked the to please go thru the camera footage to see who picked it up. They lied to me & told me there was no one that could do that. I found out later from an ex-employee, there is indeed someone there that does exactly that. So, that leads me to believe that possibly an employee gained access to my wristlet. What would you think?
I read the response below from Solarity. I had only TWO connections with Solarity about this issue. The first being the evening I called and was re-routed to the Yakima branch to ask for the phone number to the Toppenish Branch for my wristlet being left there. The second being the next day when the Toppenish branch called me and stated they did not find my wristlet at which time I requested they scan the videos to see who picked it up, which they denied that request as well.
They claim they "connected" with me multiple times about this issue. That is false.
