The ATM’s never work It’s ridiculous !
It shouldn’t be so hard to get OUR money out. The parking space is very limited almost impossible to go into the bank between 2-5pm

Be careful with the cashiers and count your money in front of them and don’t lose the money from sight because I lost a large amount of money to one of the cashiers and I will never recover the money back

If zero was a Option that’s what I’d rate Hapo iv been banking with them for a couple years now and iv been profiled, lied too, lost a Dispute when it was their own Equipment that malfunctioned causing me a situation that lost me over 1k in my hard earned Money. Iv been told I couldn’t get certain bills I needed at the moment, they even took me off a recorded line when I asked to speak with higher positioned employees above management just to cover there end of the phone call they have cost me thousands on investments when I asked them to allow me access to my money to make large transactions I needed to make when I left out of town or simply the bank it’s self I was declined anyway costing me to lose thousands worst customer service comes out of the sunnyside Wa Branch after iv told multiple people to see what hapo had to offer iv had nothing but bad experiences with this Bank and when things go wrong on their end it’s always unprofessional responses and that I’m wrong and that their system has no flaws in it but when I asked who authorized a cash advance of over 1k into my card without my permission they said it was a glitch but the system has no flaws and that I have to pay it back but I never seen the money talking about I need a receipt as proof their system has flaws if there’s a glitch which means hapo can’t Guarantee the protection of its Client’s Finances! Keep all receipts! Always remember who you talked to when you go to the bank and count your money before you deposit everytime! This can happen to anyone!!
