So honestly the branch people are amazing. But the support for the credit cards and debit cards is terrible. I made 3 phone calls in to try to talk to someone who spoke good enough English to understand. Then there is the 40 step process for them to tell you anything because I couldn't remember the exact price and times paid I got no support. I told them where but apparently that wasn't good enough. Looking for a new bank now.

The people there are always super nice and have the best service in person, but they NEVER answer their phones. I have been on the phone for 20 minutes for several days now and haven't gotten through once! I don't live in Washington anymore so I rely heavily on them answering their phones. Their online system is a mess and there's no option to pay your credit in the app anymore, when there was it didn't even work. To pay online you have to sign up for something else and it's ridiculous trying to do all these back bends just to do something simple.

First of all the actual customer service and bank tellers are great. I have been committed to using credit unions for years, and this is the only one in this area. Due to such reasons I did join hastily. The big issue is it's just not a robust credit union. They have no atms you can access to make a deposit. They also have no transfer feature for third party apps such as trading apps or online banks. This meant I haven't had access to funds in any of these accounts since there is no way to link to nw plus. I have called customer service to confirm this issue and they said it is not a service they offer or a feature they plan to add in the future. Due to these reasons I will be changing banks, I cannot thrive financially. If these kind of features are important to you find a different bank. I am very sad to be leaving since using a credit union is very important to me but there are just no other options in this area.

The gal that tried to help me didn't know anything about opening a LLC checking account, and after filling out all the paperwork she told me I couldn't open the account because two of the three members live out of state. I tried to work with them once before with an estate account, and they didn't know how to do that either, but managed to get it open. However we never got the checks or debit card we ordered. Ended up closing the account and going somewhere else. Disappointed that the only thing they seem to be able to handle is simple checking and savings, and I'm not sure I would even trust them with that. It was so disappointing, frustrating, and total waste of time.

Phone number is not branch specific. Totally shows you how down to earth this company is. Just another screw over the local guy organization masquerading as a group that is out for the local guy. Here is a thought... stop being like everyone else and have a direct line to each branch and have a real human answer. Those are the companies that ACTUALLY care and the ones I do business with. Automated systems and generic phone numbers are a BIG turn off.

Not one of the tellers could tie their shoe and chew gum at the same time.
It takes Forever EVERY single time I go there. Doesn't matter if you go inside or to the drive thru. The slowest bank/ credit union I've ever been to. And if you're lucky to find 2 or 3 tellers at the same time. Don't worry they are just as slow....
